Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
